The food at Roman’s is inspired by chef Dave Gould’s time in the Italian countryside. High quality seasonal ingredients, simply and lovingly prepared (they have a wood fired oven). Although the restaurant is named after the owners' son, Roman, I co-opted the icon of the city of Rome for the restautant.
